Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases from Shamuelz universe Llc unless a signed agreement, invoice, or checkout page states different terms.
1. Inner Circle Subscriptions
Inner Circle is a recurring subscription. You may cancel future renewals through the payment processor account tools, account access tools if available, or by emailing shamuelz.business@gmail.com. We will not require you to call, attend a sales call, or complete an unreasonable process to cancel.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund charges already processed unless required by law or approved by us in writing.
2. Click-to-Cancel Standard
For negative-option or recurring programs, the cancellation method should be simple and reasonably similar to the signup method. If you subscribed online, you can request cancellation online by email or through the available account/payment link. We aim to process cancellation requests promptly.
3. Digital Products
Digital downloads, books, templates, recordings, and immediately accessible materials are generally final sale once access or delivery has been provided, unless the checkout page states a refund window or applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Sessions and Consultations
Paid sessions, diagnostics, and 1:1 calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice when availability allows. Missed calls, late cancellations, or no-shows may be considered used and non-refundable. If Shamuelz must cancel and cannot reschedule, we may offer a refund or credit.
5. Mentorship, Agency, and Custom Services
Mentorship, agency, brand, and custom service payments are governed by the signed agreement, statement of work, invoice, or written payment terms. Deposits, setup fees, and delivered work may be non-refundable.
6. Payment Plans
Payment plans are commitments to pay the full agreed amount over time, not monthly subscriptions, unless explicitly stated. Failure to pay may pause service, revoke access, trigger collection, or cause late fees if permitted by the agreement.
7. Chargebacks
Contact us first if there is a billing issue. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge may result in loss of access, collections, and submission of purchase records to the payment processor.
